Before you call the Call Center please be ready to provide the following information:
For payment related issues:
· Full vendor name
· Purchase order number
· Invoice number
· Phone number and / or e-mail address
Instructions to use the Call Center : The Call Center is open from 9am to 5pm (local times). Languages supported are English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Please use either the phone number, email addresses, or the www.pgsupplier.com site. Use the phone number for the country where you reside, and email address based on the receiving location only. Ensure you are able to provide the following information before calling: supplier name, invoice reference number, invoice date, amount due, Purchase Order number (if appropriate), P&G billing address and delivery address. Always provide this information when sending email. Questions which cannot be answered immediately will be entered into a problem tracking system and given a reference number. Please quote your reference number when following-up. Before calling, ensure you allow sufficient time for invoices to be received and entered into our system
