Bulletin for External Business Partners
P&G is providing many resources to help everyone with education on racial inequality and guide them through their own personal learning journey.
P&G External Business Partners:
As a follow-up to my bulletin on June 5th regarding the importance of Diversity & Inclusion work, I wanted to share an update and request a couple actions from you.
P&G is providing many resources to help everyone with education on racial inequality and guide them through their own personal learning journey. My first request is for you to leverage this information by visiting https://us.pg.com/take-on-race/and share it with others.
Later this summer, we will be asking all our Suppliers to participate in our annual Supplier Citizenship Survey. Your responses will help us to understand more about your company’s D&I journey. This will inform P&G of areas where we can support and ensure we are all progressing in this space rapidly. More information can be found at https://pgsupplier.com/supplier-citizenship#citizenship-survey. If you did not participate last year, please talk to your Supplier Relationship Owner or email citizenship.im.1@pg.com to request a Survey invitation.
Given the importance of this topic, I encourage you to lead or participate in the dialogue at your own company, engaging your senior leaders in defining what is next to make progress in this area. For those that complete the Survey, we will invite your company’s leadership to a Supplier Summit next fiscal year so we can come together and learn from each other on how we can do more to promote equality.
“We will continue to use our voice to shine a light on bias, inequality and racism. We are re-releasing our award-winning films THE TALK and THE LOOK, and airing them more broadly to inspire important conversations to drive understanding, empathy, and change.”
Thank you for everything you do to support P&G.
Best Regards,
Ana Elena Marziano
P&G Chief Purchasing Officer
